John Manjariotis

John is a tax specialist with more than 17 years experience in advising on all aspects of income tax. During that time he has advised a range of taxpayers from public listed companies, private companies, multinational organisations, credit unions, friendly societies, various types of trusts (eg listed property trusts, managed investment schemes, superannuation funds, family trusts and deceased estates), partnerships and individuals. He joined the Firm in 2003 and has been a director since July 2005.

John can provide advice in relation to mergers, acquisitions, divestments and other business restructures including those involving Australian enterprises with foreign equity participation and Australian enterprises with offshore business investments.
